Come into the office and get your vaccine cards printed up and laminated. We just need your date of birth, your personal health number, and the date of one of your vaccines, and we can print up the card and laminate it for you. It is fast and easy. We are open Monday through Friday, from 10 till 5 on Monday and Friday, and from 9 till 5 on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The office is closed for lunch from noon to 1 PM.
